Pinch of salt in 2021
11/01/2021 Sent second email to my orthodontic asking about the charge of £160. Got an email saying it was consultation price with breakdown of 2section(£75 & £85) with today's!! date and my details underneath. Also a note that it might be necessary to amend my treatment plan and the price and place for my signature. What a joke. I haven't even gotten any treatment plan yet as I had to do first my all x-rays and MRI scan. Plus I haven't gotten any price yet. The biggest hit of the message is: 1st consultation is 130paid before , so it looks like it doesn't include anything just the step into the clinic as they still charge for checking your teeth up. What a joke. What a disappointment. Highly!! recommended dental clinic in London. Awarded by customers in 2020. I have to deal with it but have lost all my energy.
